SongPostcard.com does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any song postcard products or services.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our song postcard service, all sales are final. This policy applies to both digital email postcards and physical postcard deliveries. By placing an order with SongPostcard.com, you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy.

Why We Don't Offer Returns

Personalized Digital Content

Our service creates unique, personalized content specifically for you, including:

  • Custom-generated song lyrics based on your specific prompts and preferences
  • Personalized audio recordings created using AI technology
  • Individually designed digital postcards with your chosen message and recipient details
  • Unique QR codes and access links for digital content

Once this personalized content is created and delivered, it cannot be "returned" as it has been specifically tailored to your requirements.

Service Completion

Our service is considered complete and delivered when:

  • Digital Postcards: The email containing your song postcard is successfully sent to the recipient
  • Physical Postcards: The postcard is printed and dispatched via Royal Mail within 24 hours of your song audio confirmation

What This Policy Covers

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with generated lyrics or audio content
  • Changes of mind after order placement
  • Recipient's reaction or response to the song postcard
  • Delivery delays, lost, or damaged physical postcards during transit
  • Technical issues with accessing digital content (unless due to our platform failure)
  • Incorrect recipient information provided by the customer

No Exchanges or Modifications

We do not offer:

  • Re-generation of lyrics or audio content
  • Modifications to completed song postcards
  • Changes to recipient information after dispatch
  • Additional versions or alternative content

During the Creation Process

  • Confirm the final audio before dispatch/delivery
  • Ensure all details are correct before final confirmation

Important: Once you confirm the final audio, the order becomes irreversible and subject to this no-returns policy.
