SongPostcard.com offers two delivery options for your personalized song postcards. Please read this information carefully to understand our delivery policies and your responsibilities as a customer.

Delivery Options

1. Digital Email Postcard

Processing Time: Immediate delivery upon song audio confirmation

How it works:

  • Once you confirm and approve the generated song audio, your digital postcard is immediately processed
  • The digital postcard is sent directly to the recipient's email address you provided during checkout
  • Recipients receive an email containing your personalized song and message
  • Digital postcards include a permanent link for recipients to access and replay the song at any time

2. Physical Postcard Delivery

Processing Time: Dispatched within 24 hours of song audio confirmation

How it works:

  • After you confirm the song audio, we professionally print your personalized postcard
  • Physical postcards are dispatched via Royal Mail within 24 hours of confirmation
  • All physical deliveries are sent from the United Kingdom
  • A QR code is included on the physical postcard for recipients to access the digital song

By choosing physical postcard delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No Liability for Delays: We are not responsible or liable for any delays in delivery, regardless of cause. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Lost or Missing Items: We are not responsible for postcards that are lost, misdirected, or fail to reach their destination during transit. Once dispatched with Royal Mail, the postcard is outside our control.
  • Damage During Transit: We are not liable for any damage to physical postcards that occurs during shipping and handling by postal services.
  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by customers. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate before confirming your order.
  • Customs and Import Restrictions: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions that may affect delivery. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to customs processes.

No Tracking or Delivery Updates

Please note that we do not provide:

  • Tracking numbers or tracking information
  • Delivery status updates
  • Delivery confirmation notifications
  • Proof of delivery documentation

Standard Royal Mail services do not include tracking for international deliveries. If you require tracked delivery, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative arrangements.

Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Complete and accurate recipient name
  • Full postal address including postal/zip codes
  • Country information for international deliveries
  • Any apartment, suite, or unit numbers where applicable

Recommended Option

For guaranteed, immediate delivery, we recommend choosing our Digital Email Postcard option. Digital delivery ensures your recipient receives their personalized song postcard without any risk of postal delays, loss, or damage.

Issues with Delivery

If you experience any issues with delivery:

  • Digital Postcards: Check recipient's spam/junk folder. Contact us immediately if the email was not received.
  • Physical Postcards: Please wait for the maximum estimated delivery time before contacting us. We cannot provide updates or tracking information, but we can confirm dispatch details.

Refunds and Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our service and the limitations outlined above:

  • We do not offer refunds for delivery delays, lost items, or damaged postcards during transit
  • Replacements are not provided for postal service failures
  • All sales are final once the service has been rendered (song created and dispatched/sent)

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Postal strikes or service disruptions
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or customs delays
  • Pandemic-related service interruptions
